Location Management
As a scout and key assistant for various location managers since 1999 charged with finding locations, negotiating for their use, preparing contracts and payment, permit applications, overseeing pre production load in, shoot and strike. As directed by the location manager and or the producer; arranging for ground support for the company including parking for production vehicles and crew, on site security, catering, restrooms, as well as trash collection and electrical tie ins as needed.
Construction Management
Onsite management and owners representative for residential remodels in California and New Mexico. Providing conceptual design, research in green building techniques and products, contracting assistance, permit applications, tracking construction budgets, helping locate and purchase materials and supplies including, plumbing, special construction materials, hardware, appliances and furnishings.

Over 30 years of diverse management experience within the arts and entertainment industry with a background in set design, special events management; including political fundraisers, performing arts presentations, cultural and educational programs and symposia for various organizations including The Folger Shakespeare Library, National Portrait Gallery, New Mexico Institute for Mining and Technology, and Artists of Indian America.
Art Department Coordinator for motion picture and television productions 1990-2000
Set up and management of the art department, assisting the art director and production designer with research for sets and locations to be used in the production, composing correspondence providing daily expense reports, maintaining production calendar and tracking progress of set construction as well as liaison to accounting and production offices.

Attended Kirkwood College and the University of Iowa in Iowa City, Iowa. Communication Studies (with honors) emphasis in Television and Film Production with a minor in Theatre Arts.
